Ms. Bryant is a Higher Education practitioner with over 17 years of experience. Ms. Bryant started the Bryant Educational Leadership Group (BELG) in 2012. The organization was started based upon the principle, we stand on the shoulders of giants, and to whom much is given, much is required. Her vision was to create an organization that would develop leaders of all ages and would become the premier resource for leadership education and primary producer of global
leaders for the next generation.

Cheri-Leigh Erasmus is a wanderer and lover of stories at heart. In this episode we launch her new podcast series around what well rounded or holistic leadership means and why it is so important as we venture into the next decade as female leaders both at work and at home.
 
 
In her professional capacity, she serves as Executive Director of the South Africa-Washington International Program (SAWIP), a non-profit organization aimed at preparing and inspiring the next diverse generation of South African leaders. She graduated from Stellenbosch University in South Africa with a BA in International Studies and later went on to start a career focused on student support services at the institution. Her keen interest in education, travel and experiential learning led to a position as a Guest English Teacher in Daegu, South Korea. Since moving to the Washington, D.C. area in 2013 she has been actively involved in numerous nonprofit organizations focused on education and leadership development. She is also one of two coordinators leading the D.C. chapter of African Ladies who Brunch, an initiative that connects professional women who form part of the African Diaspora.
